We use a consent banner to keep non-essential cookies under your control. Analytics and marketing technologies load only after you consent to the relevant category where consent is required.

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies, like local storage, are small pieces of data stored in your browser. We use them sparingly.

How we use them

  • Essential: technical storage needed to deliver the site, keep it secure, and route requests correctly.
  • Analytics: Microsoft Clarity may load after analytics consent to help us understand site usage and form performance.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel and the AppLovin (Axon) pixel may load after marketing consent to measure campaign performance and form conversions. The AppLovin pixel sets its own identifier cookie, _axwrt; withdrawing marketing consent expires it.
  • Embedded content: content delivered by another service — currently the Google booking calendar on our contact page — is never loaded automatically. It loads only when you press the button that asks for it.

The embedded booking calendar

Our contact page can show a Google scheduling calendar (Google Appointment Scheduling) so you can pick a slot without leaving the site. We do not load it automatically. Until you press the button on the placeholder, no request is made to Google and Google learns nothing about your visit. When you do load it, Google receives your IP address and browser information, may store or read information in your browser, and may load Google reCAPTCHA inside that frame. What you type into the form — your name, email address and any note — goes into our Google Workspace calendar, where Google handles it as our processor under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum. The loading of the frame itself, and reCAPTCHA, are Google’s own processing, and Google’s privacy notice applies to that: see policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not remember this choice, so nothing from Google loads on your next visit either until you ask for it again. If you would rather not load it at all, open the calendar directly in a new tab or email us instead — both work without embedding anything in this page.

Managing cookies

You can reopen the consent banner at any time and change your choices. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
